Returning your order

How do I return my order?

Doesn’t your order meet up to your expectations? We are sorry to hear that, but no problem whatso ever! It’s always possible to return your order within 14 days after the invoice date. Please return the order in it’s original packaging; you can re-use the delivery box the order came in.

Want a smooth and fast return? Make sure you use our return form, which is enclosed in your order. Fill out the form and add this to the returning package. Is the form missing or did you lose it? You can download it here: return form.

- Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg
There is always a return sticker enclosed in your order, please use this sticker for a quick return. Follow the steps below for returns in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg:

  • Fill out the return form and enclose it to the returning package.
  • Stick the accompanied return sticker on the box, over the old label.
  • Deliver the package at a DHL ServicePoint. Find a DHL ServicePoint near you.

See the cost for a return from The Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg below. This will be deducted from your refund. 
The Netherlands: €5,95
Belgium: €5,95
Luxembourg: €8,95

- Germany
When returning a package from Germany, you may choose a packet service as wished. Costs differ between packet services, the costs are for your own account. Follow the steps below for returns in Germany:

  • Fill out the return form which you can download here: Return form DE  and include this to the returning package.
  • Cut the return label and stick it on the box, over the old label.
  • Deliver the package to a servicepoint from your chosen packet service and make sure the old label is unreadable.


Pay attention! You will receive a proof of shipment with a track & trace code. Keep this proof until we’ve fully processed your return and refund. Without a valid proof of shipment with a track & trace code, address, weight and shipment date, we cannot investigate missing returns and we won’t be able to reimburse.

Important conditions
- Both the risk and the costs of returning your order are for your own account! Return the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure he return can be processed quickly. If you do not want to pay a return fee, you can bring your package to our head office in Waalwijk: Gompenstraat 11, 5145RM Waalwijk. This is possible from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- We will only handle returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used shoes are refused and returned.
- Non-identifiable returns are returned to sender if possible.
- Without a track & trace code, no investigation will be started for missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is required to be eligible for reimbursement.
